All individuals need to establish an emergency plan and know the procedures before anything happens. Individuals with disabilities should follow the general guidance contained in the Emergency Procedures Guide and the “Emergency Procedures” Situations in which direct assistance is required the staff is readily available.

Rescuing in a Sudden Medical Disorder

Any unforeseen circumstances might occur where the participant has to have someone beside. The team makes it possible by staying one call away depending upon the communication level we have set.

Attending at Hospital

In case of an injury or an accident, the patient/participant would require constant support including transportation and medication coming along. 

Companionship 

• A lonely participant has relatively more stress to manage than someone with good company. Companionship program ensures our participant’s company is healthy and fit. 
• Companionship services can fall under a wide range of different terms – from disability support through to aged care, event buddies, or home care services.
