The role of our support workers is to provide a helping hand where you need it most. Their key role is to;

  • Help you work on your goals so that you can increase your independence and confidence. They can help you access the community through Community Participation and Innovative Community Participation enabling you to get involved in activities to build skills, independence, and connections. 
  • Our support workers can help you with Life Skills Training and Development and Assistance with Daily Life to help you work on your everyday skills that are essential for developing your independence and confidence.
  • They can help you with your Travel and Transport skills to help you be mobile and attend the appointments or outings you need to get to. If you want to participate in some fun Recreational and Social Activities attending a social club, art class, park, library, etc, we can help get you engaged to learn a skill, improve your confidence, and live a fulfilling life.
  • Having good Health and Wellbeing is important, whether you want to chat about how you feeling, do some exercise with a personal trainer, or make a meal plan, our support workers can help you out. If you want to improve your Daily Living by becoming more independent, having a cleaner environment, and learning new skills, we can help.
